Laughter Yoga Workshops

The whole school enjoyed an uplifting and joyful session with Cat Googe during her Laughter Yoga Workshops. Cat showed the children how using laughter and breath can help us feel happier, healthier and calmer.

The children explored simple but powerful techniques including laughter exercises, deep belly breathing and positive affirmations. These activities support wellbeing in so many ways: reducing stress, boosting confidence and creativity, improving focus, and helping us feel more connected to one another.

It was a wonderful opportunity to build resilience, calm our minds and lift our mood for the day. So much joy and positivity in one session!
