Fees

Our fees for the Nursery and School are reviewed on an annual basis around Easter time and come into effect for the next academic year.

Fees for the Academic Year 2025-26 (including VAT)

Reviewing the fees annually helps us to ensure we continue to deliver the best all-round education for your child whilst allowing for continued investment in the School's facilities. With effect from 1 September 2025, fees for Micklefield School have been set by the Governors as follows:

Siblings

There is a discount of 5% for a second child and 10% for a third child attending Reigate St Mary’s, Chinthurst, Micklefield School or Reigate Grammar School at the same time.

School fees are payable in full by the first day of term. These are payable by termly direct debit (which is our preference – a DD form can be downloaded below), by direct credit into the school’s bank account or by cheque. The tuition fee is subject to alteration at one term’s notice.

Fees in Advance

Micklefield School offers a 'Fees in Advance' scheme for parents who wish to make an advance lump-sum payment to the school.  Please contact the Bursar for more information: financeoffice@micklefieldschool.co.uk

Government Childcare Vouchers

Micklefield School currently accepts Government childcare vouchers (e.g. Edenred and Pluxee) which can be used to pay for the following:

– School fees (up to and including the term in which your child turns 5 years old)
– Breakfast Club
– After School Club

Deposits

A non-refundable registration fee of £150 is required.

A deposit of £600 is payable at least three terms in advance of entry or immediately if this date is less than three terms ahead at the time of registration. £600 will be refunded on the final school fees bill after your child has left the school. Should your child for whatever reason not join the school this deposit is not refundable.

 

The cost of lunches is included within the tuition fees for all year groups.

All pupils are included in a Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, but parents are advised to ensure that their child's property and clothing is covered by their own household policy.
