Our talented Year 4, 5 and 6 children who attend the Monday Lunchtime Art Club have been working on a very special project! They were commissioned to create an art piece for Ridgegate Care Home.
As part of the process, the children visited the care home, explored its beautiful surroundings and took photographs of the building and gardens. Each child then selected two of their favourite photos and transformed them into stunning pieces of artwork.
The group collaborated brilliantly throughout the project, demonstrating creativity, teamwork and dedication.
This week, they proudly delivered the finished artwork to Ridgegate Care Home, where staff and residents were delighted and deeply grateful. The piece will now be displayed on the care home walls for everyone to enjoy - a wonderful way to share joy and creativity with our community.
