Year 5 Visit Hampton Court Palace

To complement their learning about the Tudors, Year 5 visited Hampton Court Palace yesterday for an immersive journey into Tudor life. Walking in the footsteps of King Henry VIII, the children explored the grandeur of the palace and were captivated by its stunning gardens and historic rooms.
Highlights included:
- Touring the magnificent state apartments and Tudor kitchens
- Visiting the world’s largest grape vine
- Participating in a workshop that brought Henry VIII’s story to life
It was a fabulous day filled with curiosity and excitement. Many of the children returned buzzing with enthusiasm, having thoroughly enjoyed the experience and deepened their understanding of this fascinating period in history.
