On Thursday lunchtime, we were delighted that the rain held off for the grand opening of our wonderful new Nature Haven Garden. Mr Ardé had the honour of cutting the ribbon, marking the beginning of a fantastic new educational area for our pupils. Some children had the chance to explore, play and enjoy gardening.
A huge thank you to all the children who have worked incredibly hard in designing, building and planting the new garden - it has truly been a labour of love. A special mention goes to Henry L (5G), who has been a dedicated member of the gardening club since its very beginning. His enthusiasm, helpful nature and unwavering commitment to gardening and the environment has been invaluable.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible dedication and passion of Mrs Easton, whose vision and hard work have brought the Nature Haven Garden to life. Her commitment to inspiring and teaching the children new skills has made a lasting impact, and we are truly grateful for all that she has done. A special thank you must also go to Miss Rule and Mr White for their invaluable support in helping to make this project a success.
Well done everyone! This wonderful new garden area will be cherished by the whole school for years to come.
