Exciting News On Our Swift Box!

In Assembly this week, Mrs Easton introduced the children to our brand-new swift box! With swifts already spotted in Reigate, the race is on to install it as soon as possible. While we may not be lucky enough to have swifts nesting this year, we hope to attract juvenile birds searching for a nesting site next year.
Thank you to Kasia from SPARE (Swift Protection Association Reigate) for educating our school about these endangered birds, to Action for Swifts for their expert advice on finding the best nesting location and to Impeckable Swift Nest Boxes for crafting the beautiful fibre glass gable-end swift box with space for six nests.
We look forward to swifts taking an interest in our school nesting box.
