It was wonderful to gather together for the first house assemblies of the summer term, focusing on the Micklefield School value of the term - Kindness.
Each house embraced the theme in creative and meaningful ways. Waterlow worked collaboratively, coming up with thoughtful ideas on how we can show kindness to others. Fonteyn transformed words into action by writing examples of kindness on strips of paper, weaving them together into beautiful kindness paper chains. Somers House brought kindness to life with their charming kindness bots, a fun and imaginative way to share positive messages. Cranston House reflected on the power of kindness through the story How Kindness Keeps the World Afloat, before making kindness paper chains.
