Year 3 have been enjoying learning all about the bones that make up amazing bodies in Science. As part of their investigations, the children used magnifying glasses and digital microscopes to take a closer look at different bones and discover more about their structure.
Working collaboratively in teams, the pupils also took on the challenge of assembling the bones of a human skeleton, carefully working together to identify where each bone belongs. The activity sparked plenty of discussion and teamwork, helping the children deepen their understanding of how our skeleton supports and protects the body.
It has been wonderful to see such enthusiasm and curiosity as Year 3 continue their exploration of the human body.
