Celebrating Former Pupil Success: The Reigate Soap Company

We are delighted to celebrate the inspiring achievements of former pupil Leon, whose entrepreneurial venture, The Reigate Soap Company, is already making a meaningful impact. Some of you may have recently met Leon and his co-founder Toby at Micklefest, where their innovative business captured plenty of attention.
Together, Leon and Toby have created an eco-friendly solution to everyday handwashing, delivering refillable hand soap by bicycle. Their approach not only reduces waste but also helps cut carbon emissions – a fantastic example of young people taking action for a more sustainable future. Through their partnership with CleanHub, every bottle sold also contributes to removing 1kg of plastic before it reaches the ocean, further amplifying their positive environmental impact.
From building their own website using AI tools to achieving an impressive 100% conversion rate on some door-to-door sales days, Leon and Toby are demonstrating what can be achieved with passion, creativity and determination.
Reflecting on their journey, the boys shared this advice: “Never give up. It’s hard work, but if we can do it, anyone can.”
