Did you know that you can blow up a balloon with a mixture of yeast and sugar?
Our Year 6s had great fun with a yeast experiment in Science this week. They learned about how yeast releases carbon dioxide as it eats the sugar. They also tested the ideal conditions for speeding up the experiment.

Our Year 5s went to Bough Beech reservoir to learn more about the water cycle and where our water supply comes from. It was a fun and informative day out.

Well played to our U8/9A football team who won the Plate at yesterday’s tournament at Lingfield College. They showed great spirit all afternoon and played some lovely attacking football.
