Micklefield Charity Elf Run!

The whole Micklefield community came together for a fabulous fun morning raising money for The Children's Trust.
It was a chilly morning as the children set off for the field in their Elf hats excited to take part and complete their circuits of the sports field. Miss Dunn and Mrs Pullen led a brilliant warm-up session to a number of Christmas songs, complete with actions - it was a sight to behold seeing everyone in their hats moving in time to the music!
Well done to all the children for taking part (despite the snow flurries) and to our members of staff who dressed up on the day too. Over £1000 has been raised for this special charity that we are priviledged to support.
