Family Atmosphere as Year 6 help Reception paint

Year 6 pupils helped Reception children paint animals in the style of artist Franz Marc part of their PSHE programme today. Marc was famous for painting animals in unusual colours. Year 6 have been looking at freedom of expression and celebrating our differences.

Learning Lacrosse!

Great effort by our Year 6 girls in their first taster lesson of Lacrosse today! They soon got the hang of catching with the lacrosse stick and progressed to running whilst cradling the ball.

Adventure in the Enchanted Woods

Our Preps are enjoying role play in the ‘Enchanted Woods’ this week as part of their new chosen topic. They had great fun dressing up as fairies, gnomes, pixies, witches and wizards and exploring their new environment.

Rugby Heroes

Positive Rugby results this week for the boys who showed great resilience playing in very wet conditions against Belmont School.
Special mention to the year 3 and 4 boys for playing through torrential rain and the U10 A team for a brilliant win against a very good Belmont team.
