Our maintenance team were busy over the Easter break creating a fabulous new ‘outdoor learning area’ for our Reception classes. The children will be able to enjoy the new educational space in all weathers accessed directly from their classrooms.

We are delighted to kick the second half of the term off with senior school destination news. Congratulations to our Year 6 pupils who have received a total of 57 offers from local independent senior schools of which 30 are scholarship offers!
Our Heads of School, Joshua and Millie did a splendid job of decorating our Christmas Tree today in rainbow coloured baubles to honour our NHS. The front of the School has also been decorated with coloured baubles with special Christmas wishes from the children on the back.
The children had designed and created the best parachutes and soft landings for their real eggs in order to survive the two-floor drop. Mrs Gillibrand inspected each egg and gave a thumbs up or down according to whether they’d remained unscathed. Only a few eggs broke, the designs held up very well!
The children in Lower School were treated to a very exciting performance of ‘Zoom’ from the Pied Piper Theatre Company today. There was singing, dancing, flying saucers and aliens and proved to be much more exciting than the ‘Zooms’ the grown-ups have to do!
